Hyundai Hope Scholarship for Union and State Civil Services Aspirants is meticulously designed to support and uplift students preparing for the rigorous Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Service examination and State Civil Service (PSC) examinations. Selected candidates from Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Haryana, Delhi, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Karnataka, and Kerala will receive financial assistance and access to resources that will aid them in their UPSC Civil Services Examinations preparation journey. Who can apply?
Eligibility
Students enrolled in coaching and giving their first attempt or have made 0 to 2 attempts but lack financial support to continue.
Must have completed graduation.
Scored at least 60% in their 10+2 examination.
Students with family income below INR 3 Lakh per annum
Benefits
Rs 80,000 of Scholarship or 50% of coaching fees whichever is lower.

Q. What is the selection process for Hyundai Hope Scholarship for Union and State Civil Services Aspirants?
A. The selection of scholars for ‘Hyundai Hope Scholarship for Union and State Civil Services Aspirants’ will be made on their academic merit, financial background and performance in psychometric test & interview. It involves a multistage process as given below:
Initial shortlisting of applicants as per eligibility criteria and screening of documents. (May - July)
Psychometric assessment of shortlisted candidates. (July)
Virtual interview for final selection. (Aug - Sep)
Physical verification of documents of selected candidates. (Aug - Sep)
Result declaration. (Aug - Sep)

A. No, you can not apply for the scholarship. As the applicant should be a graduate.

A. Yes, students preparing for Union Public Civil Service Examination and State Civil Services Examination can apply for this scholarship.
Q. I am currently preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Service examination and am not enrolled in coaching. Can I apply for this scholarship?
A. No, you can not apply for this scholarship. You need to be enrolled in a coaching institute to be eligible for this scholarship program.
Q. What is the criteria for renewal of this scholarship?
A. This scholarship programme is awarded as a one time grant, and any consideration for renewal is solely at the discretion of the scholarship provider.
